Shannon is an absolutely amazing therapist. She is so deeply understanding and provides incredibly helpful and insightful information with true compassion and empathy for her clients. I was with her for around four years and have grown so much within myself and as a person with her help and support. I highly recommend her service to anyone struggling with anxiety and depression, she is a well of helpful knowledge and coping skills.
