0 Star : My Experience It took far longer than expected to get the repair completed. There appears to be a great deal of confusion in your office, as I kept getting different completion dates. Then the car was at JQ’s for the alignment, but then you brought it back to your shop, despite my request to have the car picked up there, which was noted on the folder when I dropped the car off.
