ZERO STARS - DO NOT DO IT , NO QUALITY CONTROL AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE / POLICIES I needed flowers for a birthday gift for a good friend & thought it would save me stress / trouble by getting them delivered - THIS COMPANY MADE IT SO MUCH WORSE. Ordered hydrangeas and it came in a such small box it squished the blooms and the flowers were just in bad shape AND the note comes on the back of a coupon -_- classy. Ordered flowers for my mom's birthday. Was supposed to be delivered on February 10 but got an email that morning that it wouldn't be delivered until Feb 11 because they only do deliveries Tuesday -Friday outside the city. That is no problem but I really had to search on the website to find this information after the fact. It should be written as soon as you are placing and order or on each item description. My Flower consultant Jade was wonderful! After ordering and receipt of the delivery I was informed that due to production my order…that I carefully chose was changed! I ordered the deluxe bunch and upon delivery I asked the recipient to send me a photo. I spent $100.00 dollars and the vase was only half full. I could have bought that bouquet at a variety store for $30.00 bucks. I was very disappointed indeed. At this point I will not recommend or reorder. That’s my opinion. Elizabeth Simon

Came back to update this review with pictures that the recipient sent me. The flowers did not look ANYTHING like the picture online. Not to mention 2 flowers were dead. What did we pay the $2 surcharge for? You cannot shrinkflate the product and charge us more? My update review is to stay away from this company. The customer service is non-existent. I booked a call tomorrow with a manager through their online system but I am certain NO one will get back to me. I was so embarrassed when my friend received these flowers. _____... read more

I have ordered through Bloomex several times in the past and always had a good experience. There was a little difficulty this time because I had to reset my password and it prompted a duplicate order. However, everything was sorted out behind the scenes, the delivery was sent exactly When it was promised, and the recipient was thrilled with the quality and presentation of the bouquet. Thanks a bunch, Bloomex!!
