DO NOT USE BLOOMEX. More headaches than they're worth. Very poor customer service. I ordered the Blush & Berry bouquet. I paid an additional $10 to "supersize" it. I received an email which notified me that my bouquet was being substituted with a "Designers Choice" bouquet but was assured that it would be of equal value. Their substitution policy states that substitutions of equal or greater value may be made. I was very disappointed to receive a rather small bouquet. They need an option for ZERO stars!! I would NOT even give this company one star!! THE worst service EVER from a florist!! My friend almost died, she spent 2 weeks in hospital. When I found out she was finally coming home I ordered what was shown online and was supposed to be a bouquet of beautiful white roses (she likes only white flowers). Not only did they get delivered late at night 5 DAYS after they were supposed to be delivered, but they were already dying!!!!! I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered the “supersize” bouquet for my mother’s birthday and paid over $100 expecting something substantial and beautifully presented. What arrived was a very small arrangement that looked nothing like what was advertised. To make matters worse, the delivery came a day early, which ruined the birthday surprise since it was meant for the following morning. Gave a 1 star rating after receiving damaged flowers Sunday evening. I called today and was told they couldn't fulfill the calla lily order so sent me whatever they had available which are damaged flowers in a colour and size not advertised on the website. When I inquired about a full refund, I was told it's not an option unless I shipped the arrangement back and covered the shipping fees myself which is unacceptable.
