DO NOT USE BLOOMEX. More headaches than they're worth. Very poor customer service. I ordered the Blush & Berry bouquet. I paid an additional $10 to "supersize" it. I received an email which notified me that my bouquet was being substituted with a "Designers Choice" bouquet but was assured that it would be of equal value. Their substitution policy states that substitutions of equal or greater value may be made. I was very disappointed to receive a rather small bouquet. Gave a 1 star rating after receiving damaged flowers Sunday evening. I called today and was told they couldn't fulfill the calla lily order so sent me whatever they had available which are damaged flowers in a colour and size not advertised on the website. When I inquired about a full refund, I was told it's not an option unless I shipped the arrangement back and covered the shipping fees myself which is unacceptable. The delivery was made on time and the flowers and mason jar were well packed. The flowers, tho the arrangement was a little small, was fresh and bright. A positive experience. I had the arrangement delivered a day ahead to ensure the recipient had it for the special day. The order arrived around 1:20pm on the requested day.

I received flowers for my birthday yesterday afternoon. Part of the arrangement was turning brown. By this morning it was half dead. The lady asked for photos but didn’t respond after they were received. A second call found a rude gentleman telling me u would have to contact chat. Chat said to contact the store. No customer service. Don’t waste more $$$ on an inferior dying product.
