If I could give this company a 0 star review I would. I placed an order months ago for next day delivery. They accepted my payment and only notified me after the expected delivery date that it wasnt possible. The earliest they could do was 3 days later. I needed this on a specific date so I called and cancelled the order. I was told on the phone I would receive a refund. They need an option for ZERO stars!! I would NOT even give this company one star!! THE worst service EVER from a florist!! My friend almost died, she spent 2 weeks in hospital. When I found out she was finally coming home I ordered what was shown online and was supposed to be a bouquet of beautiful white roses (she likes only white flowers). Not only did they get delivered late at night 5 DAYS after they were supposed to be delivered, but they were already dying!!!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered on February 5th. They delivered one day early on the 4 th. Which I guess early is better than late. The flowers received looked nothing what I ordered from the website. Sent them a message to let them know about it and the reply was an automated message. First picture what I ordered. I am extremely disappointed with Bloomex. I ordered red roses for this special event, paid a high price expecting fresh and beautiful flowers, and what I received was completely unacceptable. The roses looked almost dead, wilted, lifeless, and nothing like what was advertised. It was a special occasion, and they completely ruined the experience. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered the “supersize” bouquet for my mother’s birthday and paid over $100 expecting something substantial and beautifully presented. What arrived was a very small arrangement that looked nothing like what was advertised. To make matters worse, the delivery came a day early, which ruined the birthday surprise since it was meant for the following morning.
