I first heard of Bloomex when my manager sent me flowers through them for my grandfather’s passing. The flowers were nice, although the delivery was late. Based on that, I decided to give them a try myself. I placed an order online with express delivery for the morning. Beyond disappointed in this company and the quality of their product and costumer service. They may advertise reasonable prices but what you get is not even close to what they advertise. Their customer service is slow and poor. My take away is they are happy to get your business but take no responsibility for their products. Pay a little more for better service and quality elsewhere or go to a grocery store and buy fresher and better quality flowers. These pictures are what I ordered vs what I got.

The order process was simple And the cost was decent. I looked at other places who wanted $35 for delivery which is insane imo. Haven’t seen the flowers yet but I will update once I hear from the person I sent them to Heard from my friend and you can easily see why I changed my rating from 5⭐️to one by the pictures of what I ordered vs what she got. I called to complain and I will update my review once I hear back from them. In the interim save yourself a load of frustration and DO NOT order from this place

I rarely ever complain or leave negative reviews but I'm beyond disappointed, frustrated and angry about my recent order. The experience was nothing short of appalling and fell far below the expectations the advertising set. I paid nearly $60 for the flowers for my mother's 60th birthday and instead of adding joy to her day, the delivery completely ruined it! I truly wish I had read the reviews before placing an order with this company. I ordered a sympathy floral arrangement for a friend whose mother had just passed away. Unfortunately, what was delivered looked nothing like what I had ordered. I even paid extra to ensure the arrangement would be in full bloom, but what arrived was sparse and disappointing, easily the most underwhelming arrangement I’ve ever seen.
