This is the second time I have had an issue with this company! I did not know that FLORIST.CA IS ASSOCIATED WITH BLOOMEX. Same terrible service, delivered frozen flowers and said sorry your arrangement didn't meet your expectations. Well the flowers would have been beautiful if they were not frozen and also delivered the following day after the birthday! I had ordered them, and after I had paid was informed that they didn't work with a florist in the area so would have to use another partner florist and courier out the next ... read more
