I ordered flowers through the BloomEx website on June 15 to be delivered for June 20 to a hotel address in Sudbury, Ontario, I also included clear delivery instructions (specific time, location, and the alternative to speak with the front desk to assist with delivery). This delivery needed to be June 20 as ordered, because it was a surprise for my best friend's 30th wedding anniversary. Would be decent I’m sure, however they felt the need to call me at 9am on a Sunday morning and wake us all up because I left an item in a cart and didn’t order it the day before. I didn’t order it for a reason please for customers sake, don’t do this to anyone else.
