I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with an experience I recently had with your company. On Nov 5 , I ordered the "Always a Lady Deluxe" flower arrangement for a very special occasion. I received a call and an email confirming that the flowers had been delivered to my wife. However, upon arriving home, I found a completely different set of flowers than what I ordered. The last 2 orders when I gave the suite address, usually the same as the buzzer code, the delivery driver did not deliver a total of 3 times. 45 dollars extra for 3 deliveries without buzzer number. Used a lot over the years. Will never use again. So disappointed.
