the arrangement sent is far from the pictures they show on their website. when I saw the funeral arrangement they created for me it was a complete embarrassment compared to the others at the service. do not use them. Call a local florist instead of ordering online.

I am in Ontario. I used Florist.ca to send flowers to a friend in Newfoundland who had a loved one pass away. The site said they have depots in all major cities across Canada, I assumed that meant St. John's as well. I paid extra for same day delivery. After I placed my order I got an email saying they could not do same day delivery as their partners were not local to my delivery area. BAIT & SWITCH Sorry I hadn’t read the reviews. Don’t buy from them. I ordered a floral arrangement and basket and spent a long time with an agent to select cat safe flowers in a glass vase. I asked if they could change the colours and was told it would be requested. I also selected an Italian themed product basket for the same friend. This is the second time I have had an issue with this company! I did not know that FLORIST.CA IS ASSOCIATED WITH BLOOMEX. Same terrible service, delivered frozen flowers and said sorry your arrangement didn't meet your expectations. Well the flowers would have been beautiful if they were not frozen and also delivered the following day after the birthday! I had ordered them, and after I had paid was informed that they didn't work with a florist in the area so would have to use another partner florist and courier out the next ... read more
