I paid $75 for a Christmas Bouquet for my Aunts Christmas Eve feast. The bouquet didn’t arrive until Dec 27th (3 days late!) & was less than impressive on what I expected. I Connected with the company and they said that the bouquet met their standards and will give me store credit for my order. I could buy the same bouquet at my local grocery store.
Seems to be overpriced for what you get, getting worse each order. This is my last, Xmas orders for both parents, different issues. One left instruction to deliver to side knowing my father never uses the front door, they through the package from the side walk to the deck and never rang the bell or knocked on door, father didn’t find it the next day is minus zero temps. If I could make it a negative star I would. Ordered a Joyeux Noel basket for my wife because it looked Christmasy, what she received was a basket full of dollar store crap!! When I called they told me to send pictures and I would get a replacement today (same day) so I take pictures and send them like I am supposed to and call back. Oh they have to be checked by management and the store first. So we'll see what happens today!

Would give 0 stars if I could, definitely should’ve looked at the ratings first. I ordered on October 18 for delivery October 20. First they made me change the bouquet despite it being available online, then they told me the person I was delivering to did not exist at that address, however I know she was around the whole day. I argued paying a redelivery fee but paid it anyways, and now it is December 20, and still haven’t heard whether they’ve been delivered despite multiple phone calls.
