Disappointed and disrespectful. Never have I order flowers that show up to the wrong address (accidental recipient called me to arrange a pick up). Then the arrangement looks nothing like the ordered flowers and “the card” is printed on a coupon. Go to the grocery store or find another delivery service.
I ordered from bloomex to and was very disappointed in what I saw at the funeral. Did not look like flowers I saw on website at all. Much smaller even with ordering xl.
Would not recommend. What a headache and chasing the company to get things delivered.
This company as a whole deserves no stars at all. I placed an order 10 mins ago and I called to cancel my order and they refused to cancel and issue me a refund. Absolute garbage customer service and representatives who answer the phone are shitty. I asked for a manager and she advised no manager is available on call and that she will “email” them and I would have to wait for a email from them. Absolutely terrible. Save your time and your money.
