I would give no stars if I could. I paid over $90, including extra for guaranteed morning delivery, for flowers for a funeral. The flowers were never delivered. Since March 21, I’ve contacted Bloomex multiple times by phone and chat, spending hours on hold and getting nothing but the runaround. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I was told a supervisor would call me back because transfers “aren’t possible.” No one ever did. No flowers. No refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered a supersize bouquet but instead I got a Walmart version bouquet. Please don’t waste your money . I try to support local vendors but it’s too disappointing not getting your money worth

Horrific service. Hundreds of dollars of flowers ordered for a funeral from here at the recommendation of the funeral home. The day of the funeral, they were “unable to deliver.” Obviously it was too late to order flowers from a different florist so our grandmothers funeral had no floral displays. And the best this place could offer was store credit. As if we would ever have any business here again. Steer clear.

ZERO STARS!!!!! The absolute worst place I could possibly think of to get flowers. Day of the funeral they decide they “can’t deliver” because they’re too incompetent to type a location into Google Maps. The solution? “A small gift basket of equal or lesser value than the flowers prepaid”. No refund offered. NEVER EVER USE THEM!!!!!!!!

Ordered flower arrangement for birthday to be delivered to the hospital 3 days ahead of birthday. One day before birthday got email notification that delivery will be two days later. Contacted support via chat and email to immediately cancel and refund my order as late delivery is not an option. Got reassurance from the support team that it will be cancelled, but instead they shipped flowers without my consent 3 days later and refuse to refund order. Discussing!
