Never again. Trusted this company with delivering an anniversary bouquet. Confirmed the day before that delivery would occur. This order was placed days before delivery was to occur. They are located around 20 minutes from the delivery address. I was concerned when they weren’t delivered in the morning, so I called to inquire and they asked for my wife’s phone number so the driver could call her to arrange meeting outside the business. Bloomers is an outstanding florist. I always use them when ordering flowers in St Louis. I just ordered flowers for my Godson's funeral. The funeral home refused to take them for the wake and told them to deliver it to the church the next day. They knew I had asked specifically for them to be delivered to the wake. They called me and apologized for being unable to deliver them as I asked and delivered them the next day instead. I'm beyond impressed with the arrangement I bought for an elderly client who unfortunately is grieving the death of her dog. The arrangement is identical to the picture on 1-800 flowers. The arrangement is of a dog with Wings. Its adorable. The delivery driver also knowledge the lose of her beloved dog. I will definitely use this florist again. Thank you.

This is my 3rd arrangement I’ve received from them and I become more and more impressed everytime. Today, my parents sent me an all white arrangement in a vase full of daises, roses, tiger lillies and sprays. It is so beautiful it looks artificial! I called to Thank them, the entire staff couldn’t be nicer! I will be definitely using them for all of my floral needs, you should too! Thank You Brittney and Flo for a job well done!
