I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday, and they sent a bouquet that didn’t match the colors or flowers 💐 I ordered. I called to let them know and they promptly made a beautiful new bouquet with the correct colors and delivered it within the hour! Amazing customer service! I will use them again! Unimpressed. My daughter was to receive a delivery for Valentine’s Day. There was a message on our machine from 6 pm when we got home, after they had closed that said to call tomorrow for delivery. There was no door tag and I had been home most of the day which makes me wonder if they had actually tried to deliver at all. Just the message on the machine. Sad that they didn’t get the Valentine delivered on Valentine’s Day. �

Ordered flowers online for my wife’s birthday, the flowers were nearly all dead the next morning they looked like they were dead for days! Very disappointed won’t be using them anymore!
