I always feel very welcome here! The selection is always abundant and the people are helpful when you have a question about their items! I've recently discovered my jewish heritage and my life has been enriched by Bloomenstiel Judaica plaza!

I am not sure what kind of customer service they have here... I'd have to say none. I placed an order, (for which they charged me immediately), over a month ago, and getting an update is like pulling teeth. They do not respond to email, and give you the run around when you call. I'm frustrated to say the least, and it's too late to order elsewhere at this late stage of the game. To anyone reading this who is considering placing an order with this place, AVOID at all costs and order somewhere else. Save yourself the headache!

This is a nice well stocked store, however the Staff that works there needs to realize that all of their customers aren't Orthodox, some aren't even religious, some aren't even Jewish, but looking for gifts and books for Jewish friends. It seems unless one is really FRUM, you are ignored. Nice store, but I won't go back due to the chilly reception I got as a female.

He carries a very wide range of English and Hebrew books (seforim), plus Tefillin and Mezuzas. He can check, fix, and write new, Torahs, Tefillin, & Mezuzas, as well.
