I hate to leave this review because I do believe all of the providers at this practice care deeply about their patients, but I've had a growing list of issues since I started with Bloom. 1. The doctor administering my psychological testing forgot to send me one of the core surveys until the night before my results appointment, which delayed my full diagnostic report. 2. The staff seemed more interested in projecting an image. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic or genuine experience.
Bloom Women’s Wellness has been a fantastic resource for women in our community. As a fellow mental health clinic owner, I feel very confident referring clients with perinatal needs to Madison and her team. They are kind, compassionate, and deeply passionate about supporting women’s health.
Welcoming, top-notch mental health company. They offer flexible scheduling along with tele-health options which is great for those of us that don't live in the Des Moines Metro. When I do visit in person, the office is easy to find and close to the interstate. Staff maintains a high level of professionalism while still being personable and understanding. I appreciate their focus on women in various stages of live and motherhood. I feel supported, cared for, and valued in all aspects with Bloom Women's Wellness.
Bloom has been an incredible support for the families that our nonprofit has supported - they have championed the work we've done by sharing about it with clients, sharing publicly on their social media pages, and contributed to our work. We have heard again and again from the families we've supported that therapy at Bloom has been LIFE CHANGING for them. This is all we could hope for, for our families! Thank you, Bloom! We love you!
