I wasn't able to use Bloom because I needed an extremely specific custom bouquet that was outside what they could provide. Instead of trying to sell me something that wasn't what I wanted, they were upfront about it and recommended another florist they believed could help. It’s become a challenge to find a local florist that will do bouquets for dances and we had never used Bloom for anything prior and were nervous, but they listened to all our requests. From colors. To finding the flowers and foliage we wanted, to even adding a pop of silver design to match my daughter’s dress. Okay, I don't purchase flowers that much, so don't know how much of an expert i am, but here goes: When I get flowers here, people are jazzed at how *beautiful* they are and how long they last! It's super close to downtown and the people there are nice and helpful! The only drama is the good kind from beautiful blooms. Go here if you are tired of grocery store daisies in food coloring.
