Bloom Town has long been my go-to for beautiful flowers, but the service we receive there is even more exceptional (and that’s saying something). Anais always takes time out of her busy day to chat with my toddler and make her feel special and important. She is such a treasure, and her kindness is just one of the reasons we have returned time and time again.
Whilst explaining a very emotional reason for purchasing flowers Ashleigh made me feel very heard and was able to provide amazing service. She never once tried to change my vision or upsell. I would highly recommend this store and the service provided.
