I went to get my hair colored. I told them the number on the box of the dye I use at home! They put a totally different color on my hair. It was a student doing it and no one came to check it off. I was there for 3 hours. I spent $300 getting the color out at a different salon. They say they are a school but there is not much teaching there. They charged me for a cut I didn't get either. Not the best practices for a salon.

Alivia did my hair! I have never been happier with my hair before her! I have always wanted some blonde in my hair but never too much. And she made it better than I imagined it! She is the best hairstylist ever!

I am pretty disheartened to be writing this. I scheduled an appointment with a stylist whom I adore. She is fantastic and does a great job. I reached out to see if I could come in a little bit earlier and “she was no where to be found”. Turns out there was a technical issue and she was on a flight to another state. Now, I was understanding and was willing to reschedule but was offered to another stylist. I was hesitant but went in anyway. I wanted the first picture (which is me). I had an appointment with the Viori head spa at Bloom. I arrived five minutes before the appointment started and the front desk receptionist was less than helpful. She casually mentioned I would receive a text to check in. After 15 minutes, 10 minutes past my appointment time, and no text, I finally asked her if there was someone she could follow up with because I was losing time with my service. I really wanted to love this salon, but unfortunately my experience left me very disappointed. I booked with a junior stylist and showed her a clear photo of the hair color I wanted. What I ended up with was nothing like the picture — my hair was overly bleached, unevenly toned, and looked far worse than it did before I came in. I’ve had hair school students do better 😬 I wasn’t comfortable telling the young stylist, who was very sweet, that I absolutely hated it.
