I followed Michele Kendall from Bella Salon in Social Circle to Bloom late 2007. While I am getting the same excellent service from Michele, I really like Bloom's "homey" feel. It looks like the salon has been converted from an old house, but it looks great and the other staff are friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment really easily (the day before Thanksgiving!).
