What a hidden gem! The place is clean, quaint, and lovely! Ashley does an EXCELLENT job! She did the highlights on my hair and she had it down to a science… Beautiful job! Amy is very sweet and helpful and if you want to walk away with exceptional hair styling and service, Bloom is the place to go to!
