Have been calling and texting for a month. No response or follow up. Really disappointing considering my Naturopathic Dr. partners with them for specific services. I have let my office know this may not be the best partnership because of the lack of communication.
My husband and I are so so beyond thankful for Bloom, and specifically their amazing provider, Kim Anderson. I started the process of starting fertility treatment at just 22 years old, an experience that I do not think many expect to undergo in their early 20s but due to a PCOS diagnosis (amenorrhea & anovulation) it was a journey we had to face. Contacted the clinic on August 6th. I first called them, but no answer. So messaged them through their website "texting" service in regard to what I've done already(A few retrievals, and a transfer. Also still have embryos in storage) They answered back the same day and stated that they had a "4 month wait" and asked if I wanted to be added. I wrote back that yes, that would be ok. First, I want to say that Dr. Reschke is amazing, but after the initial consultation I didn't hear from her. The ultrasound tech and Nurse at the Chandler location is amazing (I am sorry I forgot your name). However, these two people could not redeem the terrible experience I received from the billing department, as well as, the office staff who do not return phone calls. They only email and it takes following up numerous times to hear back. It took so long to receive a statement after being told several different totals of ... read more
