Have been calling and texting for a month. No response or follow up. Really disappointing considering my Naturopathic Dr. partners with them for specific services. I have let my office know this may not be the best partnership because of the lack of communication.

My husband and I are so so beyond thankful for Bloom, and specifically their amazing provider, Kim Anderson. I started the process of starting fertility treatment at just 22 years old, an experience that I do not think many expect to undergo in their early 20s but due to a PCOS diagnosis (amenorrhea & anovulation) it was a journey we had to face. Contacted the clinic on August 6th. I first called them, but no answer. So messaged them through their website "texting" service in regard to what I've done already(A few retrievals, and a transfer. Also still have embryos in storage) They answered back the same day and stated that they had a "4 month wait" and asked if I wanted to be added. I wrote back that yes, that would be ok.
