Don’t place your online pickup orders here. I placed an order 6 hours ago, and when I showed up they did not have it ready. They also didn’t have the stuff I ordered anymore because they didn’t set it aside and it got sold. I drove all the way across town to this specific location because they had what I wanted in stock this morning. That is why I placed an online order, to make sure they would have it. I would not have driven all the way across town if I had known they wouldn’t have my order.

What is the point of having an online order option if in store, you don’t have an online order pick up section? If I wanted to wait forever in line behind people making up their minds I would just be a walk in as well. Online orders should be in and out.
I went there couple days ago and I didn't get what I wanted but the budtender was the best help I cant remember her name but she pointed me in another direction of some other great deals and I was happy with with I got and I will be returning soon for more great deals.
