I made an appointment for our two children. Was having issues with the online paper work, somehow i couldn't proceed to completion. I decided to arrive 15 minutes ahead of time so that I can fill out the paperwork at the office, and the receptionist was so helpful about it. We waited for another 20 minutes after that, only to be told that they could only see one of our kids and not the other.
Everyone from booking the appointment to the dental assistant(Tiffany) and the doctor ( Dr Jojo) were so amazing and even better with our toddler! They sit and answer all your questions! Make sure to make your little one comfortable! They definitely take the time to make sure ALL your questions are answered and educate you on all things to expect with your first little one. Cannot recommend them enough! Definitely bring your little ones here! Highly recommend
We took our 15 month old granddaughter here for her first visit and these ladies were absolutely amazing with her and the Dentist. She was fantastic.
Dr. Nelson and his whole staff was excellent. The office is very inviting and my ten year old daughter, who has dental anxiety, was at ease the whole time. We have been to quite a few practices over the years during our moves, and I am happy to have found a good one that looks out for the child and communicates well with the parents as well. Doesn’t hurt that it’s close to my house, too! A good dentist is hard to find so I’m glad we found @bloomkidsdentist #NoCavityClub
