Completely disappointing experience!! If negative stars were possible, that is how I would rate this company!! The flowers I ordered for a friend arrived dead!! No refund offered or concern for the customer experience. Never order from them!! So many better options out there.
I ordered flowers on February 1 to be delivered on February 13 and they still have not shown up. I am extremely disappointed and let down by the lack of service, especially for paying extra for the delivery. Thanks for ruining my Valentine’s Day! This place is a true class act. They had an amazing selection of flowers for my Valentine's Day quest. It's also beautifully decorated inside and the owners are lovely
I thought I was ordering a high end arrangement for my 10th wedding anniversary but instead got some cheap flowers dumped into a cheap vase. I hate to slam a small business but Bloom NYC pretends to be a luxury company with fancy pictures but I could buy better flowers at my corner bodega. Don’t waste your time here!
