I came here with a certificate that covered both a manicure and pedicure, hoping to have a relaxing self-care day. Unfortunately, I left feeling rushed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. This place has gone DOWNHILL back from when I used to go. I go there to get an acrylic and the lady I had used the drill to start off my nails only for it to go to my skin 3 TIMES didn’t even apologize which was plain rude. Then filed the tips so aggressively to where my finger hurt and missed it when fastly and aggressively filing and again didn’t even apologize. I have been a walk in customer for years and must say that they take me in immediately, always with a smile. They are fast, yet with a great result. So i give 5 stats all across. This week i created a design on ai because Im a soccer fan and for the world cup i needed something that represented my home team Brazil. Nataly made my design to perfection and i had the highest compliments on a daily basis since. Great team, fair prices, just enjoyable every time. Thank you!!!
Heaven on Earth
I had a horrible experience here. My nail lifted within a week, and when I went back to address it, the owner had a disgusting attitude instead of taking responsibility. Completely unprofessional. I won’t be returning and do not recommend this place at all.
