Heaven on Earth
I had a horrible experience here. My nail lifted within a week, and when I went back to address it, the owner had a disgusting attitude instead of taking responsibility. Completely unprofessional. I won’t be returning and do not recommend this place at all.
Slow service.
I had pedicure and gel refill done, very happy with my nails and massages were wonderful, will definitely return.
I came in to remove my nails only. Kim did a decent job but she didn’t say thank you or anything to me very rude service. Then the lady at the reception desk was SUPER rude to me DEMANDED a tip in cash. She yelled at me and told me to tap my Apple Pay behind the desk. Nobody said thank you or come again or had any kind of manners with me. They rushed me to get more services done and then asked for tips a bunch of times. She left residue on my nails and didn’t give me lotion or cuticle oil. Half ass job with half ass service.
