I have yet to receive any follow-up from this doctor. I have followed up with this provider multiple times via email, phone calls, physically going to this provider office. It is now March 2026, and I have to hear back from this provider about a problem since December 2025

DR. BLOOM, has the biggest , he cares for his patients and his staff. He went beyond and more to make me well. Dr. Bloom, you and your entire staff are in my prayers, every single day. ,

The worst experience I’ve ever had: I had a scheduled appointment today, 3/28/25. First of all, they never called or texted to confirm my appointment. The morning of my appointment, I called multiple times with no answer. They gave me the address to the wrong location, the North Miami Beach office. I got to my app on time to be told this is the procedure location; my consultation app is a 45-minute drive to Mount Sinai Hospital. I drove there; the office doors were locked. We waited 1:30min to be seen by Dr Bloom. Receptionist was very rude and not friendly at all. Dr Bloom was very agitated and not focused, coming in and out of the room every 2 min to go Gd knows where. He didn’t take the time to listen to what we had to say instead he just kept worrying us by saying things like “you can also bleed out and die” He has the worse bedside manners I’ve ever seen. We won’t be returning there and we’ll be seeking medical advice elsewhere for sure.

Absolutely love Dr. Bloom and his staff. He is very engaging and informative and made what would be an uncomfortable procedure a breeze. Would definitely recommend.
