AMAZING and STUNNING! The team at Bloom Hub provided the most professional and friendly service I have received in some time. The flowers were so beautiful and generous. The service outstanding from beginning to end I was communicated with respect and kindness. Highly recommend. This is now my only florist I will use. Thank you Blooom Hub for doing a fabulous job.

Do not order from this business via doordash/ uber eats etc. You’ll place your ordered and be charged at 9AM only to receive a call 2 minutes later informing you that they won’t be able to fulfil and deliver the order until 6PM as they haven’t dome their daily shopping, additionally they don’t use doordash drivers so you will have to wait for them to be free to deliver your order. once you say this is poor service and request to pick the order up yourself they will tell you they don’t have the stock, cancel the order and you... read more

Exceptional customer service from these guys at bloom hub. They hand delivered a bunch of flowers for my anniversary. 110% recommend hitting these guys up for a lovely bunch of flowers!

Terrible experience with this florist. Contracted them for a $171 cdn arrangement and they sent us 7 spent flowers in a plastic cup. We complained and they promised another arrangement and a “$50 box of chocolates as compensation but they sent us some stemmed opened roses not even arranged and a bunch of Halloween candy! Do not use this company they do not provide a good product or service!!
