I had attempted to utilize Bloom Health Care Services for my mother’s care. She is 78 years old and living in an independent living facility and in poor health. On multiple occasions I contacted bloom healthcare and asked for a visit to my mother and to discuss her health care with me to determine a course of care for her as she has multiple issues. I can’t say enough about the care we’ve received from Bloom Healthcare. Their team is always responsive, easy to reach, and wonderful about answering questions or scheduling a visit whenever we have a concern. The team is positive, upbeat, and incredibly communicative...especially after every in-facility visit, when they provide clear updates so we always know what’s going on.
