I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at Bloom for a facial massage due to their complete lack of communication and transparency. First, I never received a courtesy call 24 hours before my appointment to complete the required forms. No one informed me that failing to do so in advance would cut into my massage time. I've been to BLOOM twice now, and both experiences have been fantastic. My first appointment was online with Dr. Kayleigh MacSwain, and today I had an in-person visit with Cierra File-Murby at the clinic. Both were absolutely wonderful—so warm, welcoming, and incredibly thorough. I had been putting off seeing a pelvic floor therapist for a while, but Cierra made the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring. I'm really looking forward to continuing my care here!
