I see Kate Hebeisen, P.A.at the Towson location of Bloom Mental Health Centers. She has helped me, especially, with ADHD symptoms, and prescribed medications to help. She is OUTSTANDING...in her empathy and compassion...in her role as my Counselor. She listens carefully to my difficulties and always explains the solutions or medications that she believes will help me. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the help and assistance she gives me!!
