Both Dr. Shugoll and his technician, Destiny, at Bloom Health Centers in Charlottesville, Virginia are awesome to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, and they do a great job of providing treatment and explaining everything along the way. All while ensuring their patient’s comfort.
