Loved the approach!
I look at this picture on the wall every day that I walk in to the office to do therapy. And it makes me smile because I know at some point after doing the work I will be better. Bloom is owned by a Private Equity firm - not doctors - and it shows. The priority is making money, not patients. I was researching providers and at first, Bloom seemed great - nice website, several locations, seemed like established providers, etc. But after I dug deeper and based on my first appt, I just had no desire to give them my money or continue. They were very quick to get my insurance info on the consult ($$), but when I had issues filling out forms on the online portal, my calls seemed to be routed to an outsource... read more
