Caring and very helpful, mindful help for my bothersome mind.
Their online portal is mediocre, forces you to fill out the same form over and over again, and your remote appointment details are hidden from you until literally <30 mins until it starts. Also their receptionist refused to order a script to the pharmacy when I calmly explained that my provider made a mistake and didn't order enough pills for me. I also tried asking them to leave a message for the provider, who would realize the mistake they made and correct it for me and know how to order the script, but they refused and ju... read more
