I got to work with a provider from Alexandria location for 3 sessions before I was given medication. Unfortunately meds weren’t best fit ( no fault, although they asked me between two meds which I’d like to start?) My criticism is primarily due to how provider had a student on our very first virtual appointment. Their online portal is mediocre, forces you to fill out the same form over and over again, and your remote appointment details are hidden from you until literally <30 mins until it starts. Also their receptionist refused to order a script to the pharmacy when I calmly explained that my provider made a mistake and didn't order enough pills for me. I also tried asking them to leave a message for the provider, who would realize the mistake they made and correct it for me and know how to order the script, but they refused and ju... read more
My call with Nina yesterday, was just one of many examples of the professionalism and caring nature of the administration at Bloom Health Center Arlington. On a personally difficult day, I received assistance getting medication refills, and was confident that my request would be given proper attention. Respectfully and kind each time I call or email.
