I called ahead and was quoted $90 for highlights and a haircut. I saw Christy and she didn’t listen to what I asked for. I said multiple times that I was growing out my natural color and I only wanted a few highlights so the line from my blonde to my natural brown wasn’t as harsh. I didn’t want her to bring any of the bleach to my scalp, just fade the line a little because keeping up with the blonde was too much for me. I saw Brooke and she was phenomenal! I have extremely difficult hair anyways being half Hispanic. It is very thick, frizzy and coarse. It is also extremely long. There is one thing I hate about getting it done and that is when the stylists rush you. Brooke spent the entire morning devoted to my hair. She gave me a beautiful natural looking ombre/ balayage color. And she was excellent at listening to exactly what I wanted. She kept checking on me when I had to sit and let the color process. Horrible after the 3rd time of "fixing" my hair I now have to cut off the year of growing and pay another $35 somewhere eles and all I askd for was thinning out and dead ends cut off. And iv never been around such rude people
