Very reliable and professional.
These were delivered to my Mother's Memorial Service a couple months ago. Very nice arrangement and the flowers stayed fresh for a quite a few days. Thank you for your beautiful work!

I left this place so frustrated and feeling like they didn't care at all. I called bloom on a Wednesday to ask if they had lilies in stock for my child's HS graduation the following Friday, so 2 days prior. (This was their class flower) I asked if I should just walk in or if I should order. She said tell me what you want and a price your looking to spend and I'll have it ready. They were great!!! The product was great!! They didn't have enough of one flower shown in the picture and subsituted. The substitution was perfect. Delivery was flawless. I'm so glad it went so well because the person I sent them to deserved the very best and she got it.
