I don’t leave reviews but I wanted to leave one because I have purchased flowers online many times and they never come out as advertised. Bloom Flowers did an incredible job with this bouquet. I live in California and I wanted to send flowers to a loved one in Nashville at the hospital. I placed my order the night before and they got delivered the next day, safe and sound. Thank you so much, the recipient loved their flowers.
Ordered a christmas bouquet what I received vs what I ordered were two completely different arrangements. When I called to discuss I was treated rudely and was told they were out of the a few of the flowers in the bouquet I ordered and didn't have a red vase so put in a green vase. Basically they couldn't provide what was pictured paid for and ordered and her solution was they would go pick it up and refund me.
