beautiful flowers and excellent customer service
Blossom Flower Delivery is horrible. I paid for expedited delivery, and I am still waiting for my order late in the afternoon. The customer service consists of a Bot. You can eventually get to someone in the Philippines, but they aren't very helpful. I will never use this service again.
My colleagues sent me flowers from Bloom for my work anniversary. The arrangement I received was gorgeous and so incredibly colorful! I loved the combination of bright purple-fuchsia zinnias and massive, vivid sunset-orange roses (which smelled AMAZING). The flowers lasted so long and brightened up my otherwise beige cubicle for at least a week and a half.
I've never had such STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE as the one I received from KENDALL at BLOOM flowers today. She talked with me at length about all the details of the arrangement that she was creating for me, as I wanted some changes made to one of the floral Design examples on their website. I was calling from out of town to order flowers for a dear friend in Nashville who was ill.
