Bloom is the absolute best! I always purchase gifts and flowers at bloom! My husband ordered the kids daddy daughter flowers elsewhere this year by accident. They turned out not so great and I reached out to bloom . They not only offered to make the girls new ones hours before but even offered for me to bring the others in so they could fix. We will always shop bloom!

Several of the lilies in the arrangement never bloomed. We reached out to the store, and they said they wanted to make sure we were satisfied. After sending photos, we felt whoever we were speaking with was very defensive and offered no apology. We were told that the top one or two on a stem usually remain as buds and do not bloom. This is my go-to spot for Jellycats. They always have the best stock! They also have an amazing selection of other unique gifts. The staff is so kind and helpful. If I ever need a floral arrangement or a gift, this is definitely the place that I would go to.
