I reached out to Laura and her team well after closing time one evening to inquire about a custom gift basket I needed delivered the very next day. Given my last-minute request, I certainly wasn’t expecting them to make any special accommodations, but they went above and beyond! Laura simply asked what I was looking for, and she made it happen. I live in Washington state and wanted flowers delivered to a friend there. I picked this shop because it shares the name of a shop in a book i love. Best. Choice. Ever. I can't remember the name of the lady who answered (the daughter I think?) She was AMAZING. Super enthusiastic and glad to help even with my vague and unhelpful directions of "pumpkins and fall". One star is too high to give to this company. I would give her 0 stars! I went in at the request of my daughter to discuss flowers for her wedding. The person at the counter didn't hardly look at me, nor really acknowledge me. She was talking to my daughter telling my daughter what she wanted. Neither of us really got a chance to speak and when I tried to speak, she shook her head at me as if to say, no, you don't speak. Amazing experience ordering for my Mother in Law! Had such a sweet interaction with the team member who took my call, and they were even able to squeeze us in so late the day before Mother's Day!
