This is my first time using blooms and I was utterly disappointed. Not only did they not deliver the flowers even though I requested it 24 hours in advance but it definitely ruined what I was trying to do. You rely on these people. They even said they would deliver in time buy here I am at 10:10 p.m. and it was never delivered. I can't not even understand such poor service when you're relying on somebody in this line of service horrible

This was my first time using Bloom Floral, and I cannot be happier. For an occasion like Valentine’s Day, there is a certain stress that comes with meeting certain expectations for this particular holiday, however; Bloom Floral exceeded my expectations. I contacted them through phone with less than a weeks notice and they happily took my order. I stated my price, what flowers I was thinking of, and the address and they took care of the rest. Truly beautiful flower arrangements! They were able to put together a custom bouquet for me and my wife said it was one of the most beautiful she’s even been given.

Marta is truly an artist. Her designs are exquisite and her flowers are very high quality. I was given a simple bouquet with sweet peas and 1 week later the flowers have not browned or dried out. She is also kind and willing to work with any budget. I will be buying all of my arrangements from her!
