Extremely unprofessional operation. They had 9+ trucks show up on time for a Monday delivery, but they didn’t have a forklift driver available. As a result, everything came to a standstill. What’s the point of scheduling trucks if you can’t unload them? This caused unnecessary delays, wasted time, and poor coordination across the board. Basic logistics planning was clearly overlooked. Would not recommend if you value efficiency or competent management.
Worse experience ever. For open deck drivers. Do not come here or you will spend 2 3 days to get loaded.
Paperwork says 5am appointment its now 9am.these places suck there is no Bathroom for driver its like pulling teeth to get someone to let you use the bathroom while they unload your truck. Even there facility in Fremont CA u have to drop trailer and drive to Walmart or target. It has been 8monrh since this post and still no restroom for otr truck drivers. So 5/29/25 Newark DE. they have a por-a-pot that is nasty has not been emptied nor cleaned in a month . Whom ever ordered it has not paid the bill and they want the drivers... read more
