Scheduling was quick. Office staff were very hospitable, friendly and helpful. Dr. Gibson was so gentle with the procedure. He explained each process and always asking if I was doing OK. I would recommend Bloom to any and all!
I met Dr. Gibson and staff on my first visit when Dr. Gibson showed me with xrays, that I needed a root canal. I told Dr. Gibson that we would be friends IF he didn’t hurt me! He promised. He was very gentle and informed me of everything he was about to do. He checked on me frequently and put me at ease. An hour later, he was all done. Yes, we are still friends! Thank you Dr. Gibson and staff. You all made a huge impression on me! Great office! Highly recommend!
Ms Cindy, who takes care of the fornt office!! Is Excellent. She is so friendly and out going. My husband Jesse is still singing her praise. As for Dr.Timothy. Jesse stated, l've been to a lot of dentists. But, l just have to say that l have never been to a dentist where l did not feel Pain. Dr. Timothy G. This was my first time at Bloom Endodontics. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The office was new...fresh, clean, and tastefully decorated. The doctor was very knowledgeable and reassuring as he assessed my dental problem. He explained what has happened to cause my dental problem, answered my questions, explained my next step, and gave me quality time. I definitely recommend Bloom Endodontics to anyone needing this service.
Dr Gibson and his staff treated me for an infected tooth and got me in on a Friday afternoon very quickly. He was very professional, called back the next day with a follow up, and showed the concern I wish most health care professionals had. Compared to other endodontists the care was exceptional! I strongly recommend him and Bloom Endodontics!
