I had such an amazing experience with Sydney! She absolutely nailed the color just from a picture I showed her. My hair was previously box dyed, so it was definitely a challenge, but she took her time and never rushed. She used really cool techniques to achieve the exact shade I wanted, and even let my hair air dry to avoid any unnecessary heat damage—which I really appreciated after a bad past experience somewhere else. Had my first consultation. Booking and check-in were slick. They were beyond nice and super informative. And I really appreciate the text and email updates. I have a lot of confidence in Bloom, and I'm so excited to get my Lived-in blonde/brunette treatment!
This was my second time visiting Bloom, and both times with Kayla have been wonderful! The first time was for a pretty big haircut, which I love, and the second was to add some lowlights for extra dimension. 10/10 will be returning to this salon for more services!
Sydney KNOWS WHAT SHES DOING! I went in as a new client with a defeated feeling after countless times leaving a previous salon not happy. I expressed my concerns and what I was hoping to achieve at my visit… needless to say, she BLEW it out of the water.
