Experience with staff is always a plus. However, whoever they outsource or use to manage their online inventory is lacking, and their insufficient knowledge of strains results in a less-than-ideal customer experience. Every time I place an online order, I find myself having to confirm in-store whether an item is actually a sativa, hybrid, or indica.
