I will start by saying I had high hopes & was super excited. I ordered to be delivered to start with entered all my details & somehomehow while creating my bowl it switched. I should have looked again but I trusted the process & their system changed it to pick up. I tried to contact them. Second mistake. No way to do that. The chat bot is literally useless. Ordered on ubereats for delivery and left a comment that I was sick. Staff included extra ginger for healing and several hand written notes 🥹 amazing
The food is good, but the portions don’t reflect the price (make sure to get your side of meat truly on the side so they don’t skimp by just adding a couple pieces to the bowl). The wait for pick up is ridiculous. The food vendors in the same space offer free samples of their own food (they seem to recognize the wild waiting times). It’s a ghost kitchen, so there is no ambiance.
I love this place - the bowls are delicious. It’s great to see healthy food options!
