Amazing. Alicia is phenomenal!!! She was so thorough in the consultation, and completely exceeded all my expectations!!!! She gave me exactly what I was trying to achieve and I could not be happier! Shout out to Reese, who assisted her and is so sweet!!!!
Great experience with Abbie. She made sure we were both on the same page as to what I wanted and how I normally wear my hair. At the end she confirmed that I liked what was done and we tweaked a few things. Great experience from the check in, to the shampoo with Abbie's assistant and the check out. Also, bought everything she recommended - and I love it!
Sorry I'm quite disappointed, the curl didn't even make it to the event.....
It was my first time at bloom and I got the tranquility facial, it was relaxing and my skin feels amazing. Katie was so knowledgeable about the skin and recommending products. I will definitely be back!
