I just called today and stated I had a question regarding an appointment I was able to schedule online and just like the previews review the lady who answered was rude and wouldn’t let me explain myself before she started telling me “we don’t do that here”. Doesn’t seem like she’s aware there’s a website!
I've heard good things about this place and was excited to reach out for services for my son, but when I called the lady who answered was so very rude and nasty, that she killed any excitement and hope I had for this place. First impressions are important and if they have these kind of people being rude to parents in need of help for their children then it makes me question the company. There is no telling how many clients this woman has scared off with her disgusting attitude. I wish I would have got her name before hanging... read more
