If you are handicapped, chronically ill, and hate insects then don’t move here. First and foremost the site states they are Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity. I fell ill during my lease and it made me handicapped. I asked them can I break my lease because my apartment doesn’t accommodate my walker; especially the bathroom as it is narrow. Margarita is doing a great job at the property!
The apartments are not that great but the management is such a mess. We are having issue with Rats and we called the office and left work orders several times but they have been no help. Every time I try to call the office the office it goes to voicemail and there is no call back. I don't think the management understands that not all questions needs to go via email sometime you need to answer the phone. When we go to the office they will say please leave a work order online when they could simply help us at that point. This ... read more
