OK if the patient is feeling well. However, when patient is feeling crummy, Dr. doesn't seem to be very thorough or creative on older adult treatment/treatments. Seems to just want to keep prescribing meds. I think they want to keep older adult patients feeling crummy/overmedicated to be able to keep charging for visits. Dr.'s nurse is incompetent (3rd one in a year) and doesn't give the Dr. the info. patient needs relayed. On Thursday says can't get a Rx until Monday. Unacceptable. Chantel and Christy are a delight to work with! They have great communication and are easy to coordinate care with. I am thankful to them for helping the community as well as working together with my team at SYNERGY.
I had a wonderful time working with this company. The care providers take time to listen to the patients and the care plans are laid out well to better assist us in helping our elderly family members. They really go above and beyond!
