Chantel and Christy are a delight to work with! They have great communication and are easy to coordinate care with. I am thankful to them for helping the community as well as working together with my team at SYNERGY.
I had a wonderful time working with this company. The care providers take time to listen to the patients and the care plans are laid out well to better assist us in helping our elderly family members. They really go above and beyond!
I feel as those their care plans are too black and white and restrictive. I asked for guidance and it was more them telling me what to do in my home.
