Scheduled a tour for 1 bedroom apartment at 10 am and nobody is here. It’s been 10 minutes past and I’m still waiting. Also the door says they’ll be back at 10:50 but their store hours state they open at 10 am. Very unprofessional.
Just left from looking at my future home. Anaya was wonderful, friendly and very informative. Very much looking forward to my current lease ending and my new lease beginning.
I’ve been having ongoing issues since I moved in, and it’s honestly been a frustrating experience. The washer machine breaks down every 3 to 4 weeks, the water won’t drain, and it leaves my clothes smelling bad. That’s not normal, and it’s not fair when you’re paying rent just to live comfortably. On top of that, I was charged for a window I never broke — it was on the outside, not even something I had control over. That didn’t sit right with me at all.
