The shower leaked the whole time we lived there even after two maintenance calls. The ac stopped working in the summer, it took them almost a week to replace it. The sewer water backflowed into our sink. Their solution was to let it flow out into our front porch. Everyday I walked into my apartment for two months it smelled like crap. They blamed me for the sewer issues even though I never disposed grease into the sink. They threatened to make us pay for their sewer issues. I moved here (BLOOM APARTMENT HOMES) because my first impression of the apartment was the kitchen layout. Also, the dining nook is tucked out of sight from the living room. The complex, overall, is a quiet place to live.
I absolutely love this place easy move in. Only took 2 days to get approved! Staff was incredible! I look forward to my new home! Quiet area! Love the fact it’s a smart home!
Genuinely frustrated with this apartment complex, to start I reported an issue with my mailbox back in June never got a new key, and have been unable to access my mailbox, but yet I’m still getting charged a package fee isn’t that funny. Second my monthly was supposed to be 1363, take a wild guess what my bill was this month 1517 I was charged twice for water the past three months and I was charged twice for trash the past 3 months, and good luck getting ahold of anyone from the office they will not answer the phone or respo... read more
We all have different experiences. Some worse than others. What one may complain about, another may not have an issue with. I read the reviews and was a little nervous but I really like the layout of the apartments so I went for it. Only giving 4 stars because they could be better at answering the phones but I can say they DID call me back after I left a message. Move in experience exceeded my expectations.
