I had a very good experience with Bloom. Initially, I was scared, but after my consultation with Hannah, I felt completely comfortable. She recommended Face Reality products and performed an acne peel for me. Hannah answered all of my questions very patiently during my first appointment. I have had such good experiences at Bloom. Karla is wonderful to work with and for the first time I feel like it is not just “guesswork” to figure out my acne issues. She is very thorough and knowledgeable, looking at all the aspects which could be playing into the acne. She is also very calm and gentle with her care. Thank you so much Karla. First of all, Karla is an amazing owner. Hannah was my first aesthetician ever, and she has consistently shown a high level of care, professionalism, and expertise.
