Embarrassingly Low Quality Backed by Condescending, Combative Customer Service I paid over $225 (after fees and tip) for what was advertised as a Deluxe bouquet for a death in my family. What arrived was wilted, sparse, and shockingly small—nothing like the lush, elegant arrangement shown online. The quality was cheap, careless, and poorly arranged (see attached pic).
