I have used Bloom-A-Round several times and the floral arrangements always look so professional and wonderfully arranged. The flowers are fresh and last longer than I would have expected. The deliveries have been timely and the recipients have always been so pleased with their beauty. I am very happy with their service
Embarrassingly Low Quality Backed by Condescending, Combative Customer Service I paid over $225 (after fees and tip) for what was advertised as a Deluxe bouquet for a death in my family. What arrived was wilted, sparse, and shockingly small—nothing like the lush, elegant arrangement shown online. The quality was cheap, careless, and poorly arranged (see attached pic). A Blooming Birthday to Remember! We just celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday at Bloom-A-Round in Flower Mound, and I am absolutely blown away by the experience! From start to finish, it was the most beautiful, unique, and joy-filled celebration we could have imagined. Seven girls, including the birthday girl, had the opportunity to create their own custom flower bouquets—and the results were simply stunning.
