beautiful bouquet, carefully delivered. notes are handwritten too which was unexpected but highly appreciated!
This place is amazing. Probably have gotten 8 arrangements from them so far (not all are pictured), & absolutely will be getting more! A month or so ago, I needed a last minute arrangement & whoever I spoke with on the phone was super nice & ended up being able to have one ready for me within the hour! (I do try to place orders at least a day or two in advance, but it was awesome how they worked with me to have one ready with such short notice!) The staff is always great, & the flowers are always perfect. Worth every penny!

Worst customer service my husband has ever experienced. The owner treated him rudely and unprofessionally. He ordered flowers for me for Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my work and they never showed up, and they never called to tell us that their driver cancelled the delivery. The owner admitted to my husband that it was incompetence on the part of the driver’s, but was so flippant and abrasive that we will not be doing business with them again. This is a wonderful floral shop! Best in Flower Mound. I called and they had a beautiful arrangement ready for me in a few hours. Trusted the designer's vision and it was perfect. Always do such a great job! Highly recommend
