Very friendly receptionist and flowers at great prices!
I am unsure why my review was removed but I am posting it here again due to how disappointed I was in the service. The flowers themselves were $85, but after delivery fees and a $10 tip, the total came to $140. I completely understand that these were ordered the day before Mother's Day and that it's a busy holiday, but the arrangement was underwhelming for the price and they didn't arrive until 6 PM on Mother's Day. Outstanding service! My daughter forgot to get flowers for an event. I called Blooms and they were happy to design a custom bouquet and had it all ready in the time it took me to drive there! Beyond excellent!!!
In California with my hands tied on Mothers Day. I went through these guys "Directly" after bad experiences in Navarre FL. My Daughter Inlaw doesn't get the attention she needs on Mothers Day due her Husband, my son passing a few years back & left her with young kids. She doesn't have family close by in Navarre FL. I asked to make a very cheerful, arrangement that would put a smile on her face and they delievered. She was soooo Happy with the Arrangement and it made her day. We can’t rave enough about the florist Paulina. We call with a generalized request for a handheld graduation bouquet and she knocked it out the park! Not only was it stunning and tailored to the school colors, it was completed within an hour. We don’t live locally but if we did, this would be our go to spot for florals! Thank you again, Paulina!
