I have been going there for a few years now and the staff has always been wonderful. They are friendly and efficient every time. The staff knows I’m a Seahawks fan!!
Their antiquated computer system prevented me from donating blood. They called the person that should be able to fix it and couldn't. I talked to him as well and he blamed the person behind the desk, saying they are not performing the procedure correctly and that any thing outside of the procedure will cause the system to crash.... Said he would talk to the training staff. This comes down to bad IT. He would be better off talking to whoever made that program for them, if it is so fragile I do not want my personal information... read more
Excellent customer care. Phlebotomists and staff are helpful, make it easy to donate blood. Scheduling is super easy as well.
Have never had a bad experience at this location, they are always quick and friendly. Today Diane helped me and she was very educational and friendly.
