I had a really positive experience donating blood here, will be back often. Thank you, great staff and volunteers.
I had been donating regularly for the past couple years, but my last two visits were incredibly frustrating and I dont plan on returning to this location or donating for a while due to how the issues I had were mishandled.

Had good experiences for almost two years but my last two appointments were incredibly frustrating . The first one for some reason the man who removed the needle at the end of the donation absolutely yanked it out of my arm, again I have been donating plasma at bloodworks fairly regularly for two years, this was a truly unnecessary amount of force and he actually managed to scratch my arm with the needle on the removal so I had both a small cut and a puncture wound that took days longer to heal than any previous one and has ... read more
