A week ago I tried to donate, but they couldn't find a vein even after digging around with a needle in my arm. They said to try again when I felt healed up again. So today I went into. Because I have asthma, they said to come back tomorrow, if it clears up by then. Because asthma just clears up and then you are able to give blood. But it doesn't. Untrustworthy.
They refused to let me donate blood at my appointment because I wasn’t able to understand fully English once filling out the questionnaire with my daughters help that was helping me translate everything before going back. One lady told me in a rudely manner told me I could not donate without an interpreter which they did not have provided and I asked when will there be an interpreter and they were unsure.
