My mother was denied because she couldn’t complete the Donor QuickPass on her phone. When I tried to show her how to use it, a middle-aged redheaded nurse told me to stop and sent us home. When I asked if there were any other options, she wouldn’t even look at me and just said, “Sorry, no, we don’t have anyone that can help you.” Very disappointing experience.
