After reading Outlive by Peter Attia I found this service addressed everything that I wanted to get started on. So well organized, efficient and convenient. Can’t say enough positive things.
The blood draw was simple and fast. From what I remember it took no more than 5 minutes. Lira, (the nurse) who drew my blood was professional, quick, and comforting. I’m someone who has never done blood work so, I was genuinely curious & nervous about what my results would be. The results took about a week to finally come in. Great experience. Dr. Fahimi was super responsive to my emails and calls once I got my results back. I just finished reading Peter Attia's outlive book and they were able to test all the major biomarkers outlined in the book. Dr. Fahimi explained how hormone levels can change throughout the day, so I am planning on doing a follow up blood panel at the end of the year. Highly recommend.
